Yes, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all products as long as you return the product in good condition with the original packaging materials. Please call us or email us if you are returning a product and state why.

What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?

That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number and you can either use YAHOO WALLET and send an "electronic check" or CALL US and we can process your order over the phone (11am-5pm Central time). 217-543-3676 or call us at Keen using the button below.

What form of Payments do you accept?

We accept Money Orders, Personal Checks, & Yahoo Wallets (we process credit cards thru yahoo wallet). If you are paying by Yahoo Wallet, make sure you include the $6.50 shipping and handling fee in with your payment. Mail all checks and money orders to our company address in the "CONTACT US" page. If you would like, when ordering, fill PRINT our ORDER FORM OUT AND SEND IT with your payment.

How do I order products from your store?

If you see a product you like, add it to your shopping cart and then if you are finished, follow thru with checkout. If paying by check or money order, print out your final receipt once done with the ordering process and send it with your check or money order.
If paying by yahoo wallet, specify which product, #, price, and shipping address and it will be shipped promptly.
How can I become a sales rep?
